Do not abandon me, my sweetheart,

Just wrap me inyour loving arms!

Until we stay together and tight,

The world is Eden that causes no harm!

Summer was paying off the last respects and it was enchanting bythe end ofAugust. The number oftourists was getting smaller and smaller. The local dialect was sounding more and more often on the beach. The further away, the greater the difference. On the Baltic coast there were two types ofbeaches the family ones and the ladies ones. Ihad no luck with my family. It turned out that all men were either too young, or too old, or married.

Ispent about two hours aday at the sea. That left me very little time. Ihad towork after Ihad passed the university entrance exams. The university education had tobe paidfor. Ihave been studying law here. For what? Ihardly believe that Ireally want this. There is no work and never will be. And even if Iget aposition ofalawyer, Iwill earn less than ataxi driver. Despite this, Istudy, work andcry.

Iwork for one sweet company. Idrive my small cargo Mercedes totransport about two tons ofchocolate. Ideliver it all over the coast. This year, at Christmas, Iwill reach my millionth kilometer. The millionth one! When will Imeasure my happiness with kilometers?

The one who travels alot must be able tooccupy himself mentally. Inmy blonde head there are alot ofdifferent thoughts light and dark, funny, practical and awkward. Therefore, Ihave toorganize my brain scrupulously. At first, the most uncomfortable thoughts about money and about my disgusting loneliness are thrown out ofmy head. Otherwise, it is impossible not only totravel quietly, but also tolive. Iprovide insight into the practical sentiments and Ifinally leave only the most pleasant ones. Like everyone else Ihave something pleasant that Iwould like todream about for hours.

This is actually aman. Icannot call him afriend yet we have never met inperson. But we were virtual acquaintances. Yes, we had met on-line on the internet. After that, he sent me emails and short messages on his mobile phone. Ihavent received his photo yet, but Iknow that he is from Scotland, and Iimagine him with acheckered kilt and long hair. His name also sounds unusually McGregor. Is it something related tothe history? Why do Ideceive myself? Ive had acrush on this guy. Thats about all. All my problems are because ofmy characters, the main traits ofwhich are indestructible gullibility, absent-mindedness and clumsiness. All because ofthem This time it was like this

Iparked my jeep on the breakwater and went tothe beach. There Ifound aquiet place. Isat and dreamed, perfectly naked and amazingly tanned. Watching the amorous activities ofseagulls, Iwas taken far away bymy thoughts.
